Refund and cancellation policy

Works or your money back

• If the sheet doesn't work on your Google account, email nikh360relax@gmail.com within 7 days of buying. Include your Payment ID (it starts with pay_) and a screenshot of the Status box, or of Client Finder → Check my setup.
• We reply within 48 hours and try to fix it with you. If we can't make it work, we refund the full ₹199 to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show them.

When we don't refund

• Changing your mind after the sheet works for you, because it's a digital product you keep after delivery.
• Not getting replies or clients. Results depend on your niche, portfolio and outreach.

Cancellation

Delivery is instant, so an order can't be cancelled after payment. If a payment fails or is cancelled midway, no money is taken. If money was taken but you didn't get your page, see Shipping and delivery.
